This Privacy Policy explains how Cipherion processes information about visitors to our Site and contacts of prospective or current customers. It does not cover data processed under client MSAs/SOWs (e.g., identity logs, tickets, or tenant data). That processing is governed by the applicable contract and, where relevant, a Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

  • Directly from you: contact details (name, email, phone, company, role), inquiry content, meeting requests, preferences (e.g., newsletter opt-ins).
  • Automatically: device/browser data, IP address, general location (city/region), timestamps, pages viewed, referring URL, and cookies or similar technologies for basic analytics, performance, and security.
  • From third parties: business contact enrichment or marketing platforms (B2B context only).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information on the Site and we do not sell personal information.
